Refund policy
At our store, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@warmhomeview.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at help@warmhomeview.com.
